As a Black Mountain customer, take advantage of free online mini-training sessions that help you make the most of your software. Sessions last between 15 and 45 minutes. These sessions cover new and existing features.

To sign up for training sessions, you must first log in, then select the 'Mini-Training Schedule Signup' link to view availablity and signup detail. If you choose to be on a class's wait list, you will be notified in the event of a cancellation.

After signing up, an email confirmation is sent. The day before the class you will receive an email reminder containing the session login information.

Cancelling your attendance of a mini-training session is done, after logging in, on the main Support page under the class list.

Login Help if you do not know your website login information, move your mouse to the login fields at the top of the page and press the Login Help link to have your login information emailed to you - or - contact Support at: 1-800-353-8829.
