The beginning of Black Mountain Software dates back over 30 years, to 1988. Through the years, the company has remained under the day-to-day management of its software engineer co-founders, Wayne Carriere and Jack Liebschutz. Under their direction, Black Mountain has grown to more than 50 employees and offers more than 30 accounting and billing software products for local governments, utilities and schools. Black Mountain’s management team and customer support staff represent some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.
