As a Senior Software Developer/Engineer, Stacy focuses on the team development of Utility Billing products. He began his career with BMS in the fall of 1993 and can be found creating company-wide modules and tools, reviewing code, managing source control, and carefully studying new web-based reporting and development tools. When he’s not climbing the ever-present learning curve of the software industry, he enjoys spending time with family and friends attending school events, exercising outdoors, and volunteering with local Search and Rescue.
