As a Support Specialist, Mark prides himself on putting a smile on clients’ faces, and providing a great customer support experience for Black Mountain Software. He strives to ensure a one-call solution, giving clients more time to focus on their jobs. Mark is returning to Black Mountain Software after a 4-year break and is happy to be back with the BMS family. When he is not solving the World’s accounting and payroll issues, Mark is a passionate outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and pontoon boating during the summer.
