Nichol enjoys baking and cooking, but when she isn’t serving up the latest home-cook challenge recipes to her toughest critics, she looks forward to resolving BMS client software predicaments as a Support Specialist. With a Master’s in Business Administration and over ten years of county government experience, she was born to empower users to streamline their workflow and become more efficient in their accounting practices and is a valuable part of Black Mountain Software’s Support Team.
