TID (Montana Counties Assessor)
TID Manager, an add-on module to our Assessor application, provides the control to manage one or many tax increment financing districts. It also manages the collection and distribution of the increment as taxes are paid.
Features
- Eliminate manual calculations and spreadsheets
- Initial setup uses values from the Assessor software to create TID records
- Adjust the original TID base – for the rare situations an adjustment is allowable
- Will not affect current taxable value or the original assessed value from which the TID base was created

- Calculates the increment for comparison to the DOR certified increment %
- Excludes University Mills
- Tax Bill – on the distribution side, shows portion of total tax to be distributed to the TID
- Allows management of increment districts that are in more than one taxing jurisdiction
- Manage all the TIDs in your County

Reports
Through the Assessor and TID applications, generate reports to help you ensure correct district setup:
TID Software Reports
- TID Summary Report – provides summarized information for selected districts broken out by property type
- TID Code and description
- Parcel count
- Current taxable
- TID base taxable
- Difference (increment for year run)
- TID Taxpayer Report – provides summary information at the property level, such as base value, current taxable value, and increment
- TID Detailed Report – provides detailed TID information at the property level by class code
