WebDoc provides remote access to recorded and filed document information and related document images. WebDoc reduces the impact on the Clerk and Recorder’s resources, such as time assisting individuals by phone or in person. It also minimizes demand to provide computer access to the public. Records are available from WebDoc the moment documents are posted to history in Document Indexing. The annual fee for WebDoc is typically offset by charging your customers a monthly or annual fee for access.
