Utility Billing includes everything from the most basic customer information to the most complex rate structures made simple. Is your customer a commercial or residential account, and what type? Additionally, you may elect to use the optional Automated Meter Reading Interface to eliminate manual entry altogether. From there, the Billing Wizard helps you do the rest by accessing the system information to create the right bills for the right customers. Again, optional modules such as ACH and Email Bills are available to save on postage, paper and resource use as well as help you accept payments electronically.

Letters, forms, notices and more can be customized and generated using our Microsoft Word Merge interface. As in all of Black Mountain Software report functions, Utility Billing system reports may be printed to paper, viewed on the monitor, emailed directly or can be produced as one of a number of different files, such as a PDF.
